You’re going to Flip!

Gaming handhelds are such a fun category of electronics, especially compared to the ultra-minimal designs of our phones and tablets these days. They come in so many sizes, shapes, and form factors—one of the most iconic being the Game Boy Advance SP. So iconic, in fact, that even 20+ years after its release, companies are still recreating this design.

While working on my new DS skin for iPad, I found that shrinking the ‘folding' design to phone size turned out to be unexpectedly cute—like, really cute. With this new ‘flip’ form factor, I wanted to put it to good use.

I’m excited to introduce the newest member of the Delta Pocket family: Delta NT Flip for Super Nintendo and Game Boy Advance! I can’t make it actually snap shut, but pulling this little device out of thin air is still a pretty neat trick!

NT Flip is a ‘compact' new portrait design with all the function and design sensibility of Delta Pocket, now in a full-screen portrait format! Landscape mode keeps the same great layout as Delta Pocket and Delta Duo— because why mess with a good thing?

The initial release includes 10 Classic Editions to match Delta Pocket, along with 14 Special Editions that have been reimagined for this series.
